Each team member takes a quick 10-minute online assessment to identify their working strength’s, competencies, and frustrations.

They receive a personal report via email. A one-on-one debrief during the workshop helps them understand and apply their results.

PRE-WORKSHOP DEBRIEF WITH LEADER
